Victoria Loh
Lawyer
Victoria is a respected lawyer who is known for her expertise and dedication to her clients. She offers her legal services in Hamilton and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and has been practising law for nearly 20 years in the areas of Family Law, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Estate Administration and has previously practiced Criminal Defence Law. Victoria has a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University.
Fun Fact about Victoria: Victoria volunteers her time in the community by mentoring undergraduate students, law students and other lawyers in a group called the Loh Down in where she shares precedents and advice by way of social gatherings.
Tara Sciara
Lawyer
Tara was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario. She obtained a BA in Classical History from McMaster University and attended the University of Western Ontario where she obtained her law degree, graduating with honours.
She has excelled in the area of personal injury litigation, specifically motor vehicle accident and accident benefit claims, slip and falls, dog bites, insurance claims and disability appeals. She has appeared before various levels of court. She joined Kinch Law in 2025 with a desire to expand her knowledge and skillset to include Family Law and Estate Planning.
